Presidents's Message

Presidents's Message

LTGI exists as a 501(c)(3) community-based theater organization in cooperation with Laredo Community College and Texas A&M International University. Our mission of providing quality theatrical entertainment could not be accomplished without the use of their wonderful venues not only for our productions, but for the all too important rehearsal spaces.

Our organization is volunteer-driven; our Board of Directors members receive no compensation for the significant time and effort they devote to our shows nor do we have any paid administrative staff. Your patronage tonight helps provide much-needed revenue to help fund our shows. However, in our efforts to keep ticket prices accessible, we rely on ticket revenue only for a small fraction of our operating budgets. We depend on donations from various foundations and from the general public in order to provide the quality theater that LTGI has become known for. If you would like to contribute to our future success please refer to the Donors list at the end of this program to learn about the various ways you can donate to our organization. Thank you for your patronage, LTGI would not be who we are without the strong support from each and every one of you.
