About Us
Laredo Theater Guild International (LTGI) exists as a 501c3 nonprofit community based theater organization presenting a season of quality theatrical productions at Texas A&M International University and Laredo College, within their fine performance venues at the Center for the Fine and Performing Arts and at the Guadalupe and Lilia Martinez Foundation Center, respectively.
Laredo Theater Guild International productions will include classical and contemporary dramas, comedies, musicals, and single performer shows, selected from among known Broadway, Off-Broadway and Regional Theater works. The primary goal of this endeavor is to provide relevant theatrical entertainment of the highest caliber, while growing and developing the local performer, production, audience, and patron communities.

President's Message
President's Message
“It’s certainly not what I expected.” “It’s high-quality programming right here in our hometown.” “Wow. Wow. Wow”
These are a few of the comments we have heard throughout our 15 years of existence. While Laredo Theater Guild, affectionately known as LTGI, provides community theater, we strive to provide exceptional quality theater throughout our community. We get the luxury of performing in many of our city venues with our partnerships with Texas A&M International University, Laredo College as well as Laredo Center for the Arts.
As a 501(c)3 non-profit, we are completely volunteer-based with no paid staff. Our actors do this for the love of performing. Our board is committed to bringing productions to life and performing the day-to-day tasks of overseeing our non-profit.
We are ever grateful to our patrons who pulled us out of the pandemic and made our 2023 season PHENOMINAL! We had record-setting attendance in our summer musical of Little Mermaid and the rock-out hit of Hedwig and the Angry Inch as well as our Class on Stage production of Frankenstein. Thank you for showing us you still love live theater and being together.
Please continue your patronage by coming to shows and bringing your family and friends. Thank you for the gifts of extra donations and gift giving. Anytime you want to volunteer and join our cast and crew up front and behind the scenes, just reach out to us.
Looking forward to seeing you in the audience again very soon.
